Summary

Polymerase Chase is a 60-second pattern recognition matching game designed to teach DNA nucleotide base pairings. The intended audience is introductory-level middle-school biology students. The player gets ten seconds to correctly match each set of three base pairs, and the goal is to match as many correct nucleotide pairs as possible within 60 seconds.
